Well. Day one of my committed weight loss journey is winding down to an end. Night time is the hardest but I will not binge. I will not eat, I will not eat. Today was pretty good!
Breakfast: 2 eggs and half of a thin bagel, small amount of cream cheese.
Lunch- a clementine and a can of chicken breast, a bit of mayo.
Dinner- we had tacos, but I improvised with lettuce, 2 spoons of ground beef, hot sauce, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and a small amount of sour cream.
Snacks- a 100 calorie snack pack (cottage cheese and blueberry)
& a clementine.
I need to seriously not eat.
